Investigating - We are currently aware of a degradation in performance related to Command Guest User accounts.
Details: Currently, when trying to access the marketing profile from a Guest User Command account, it will result in an infinite loading loop. The expected result is that this section is not available to Guest User accounts and the page will state this.

Contact Search functionality has been restored and should be operating normally again throughout Command. This will also include filters used within the Contacts applet as well.

Investigating -
We are currently aware of a degradation in performance related to the Contact Search functionality.
Details: Currently, when trying to search newly created contacts, they will not come up despite existing in the database. This should only be affecting contacts created as of 1/29/2026 while any old ones should still come up. This will affect the ability to bring up new contacts via searching in areas such as Contacts, Campaigns, SmartPlans, and Opportunities.
Additionally, any changes made to existing contacts will be applied to the contact successfully, but may not apply when searching at this time.
